My goal is to create a fun, relaxed, and empowering experience where you feel comfortable being yourself. These policies simply help protect both of us and ensure every session runs smoothly.

By booking a photography session with The Sun Goddess Creations, LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Booking

Submitting a session inquiry does not guarantee a reservation.

Your session is officially confirmed once:

• Availability has been confirmed.

• A 20% non-refundable deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon.

Travel

Travel within Long Beach is included.

Sessions outside Long Beach may incur an additional travel fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to confirming your booking.

Rescheduling

Life happens!

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible.

Deposits may be transferred to a new date at my discretion.

Cancellations

The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel your session, the deposit will not be refunded.

Photographer Cancellation

In the event of illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond my control, I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the session. If I am unable to fulfill the session and cannot reschedule, all payments made will be refunded.

Creative Style

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are hiring me for my unique artistic style and editing process.

Final images will be edited according to my creative vision, and RAW (unedited) files are not included or available for purchase.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered through an online gallery.

Delivery times may vary depending on the session, but clients can generally expect their gallery within 2–3 weeks.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and communicating any significant delays.

Late arrivals may reduce available shooting time.

Weather

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

Weather-related reschedules do not forfeit your deposit.

Respect & Anti-Harassment Policy

Creating a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment is a top priority.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct of any kind—including but not limited to sexual harassment, unwanted physical contact, sexually explicit comments, verbal abuse, threats, or behavior that makes me feel unsafe or uncomfortable—will not be tolerated.

I reserve the right to immediately end a session at any time if I determine that a client or anyone accompanying the client is engaging in inappropriate, threatening, or harassing behavior.

In these circumstances:

• The session will end immediately.

• Any payments made, including the non-refundable deposit, will be forfeited.

• No refunds will be issued.

• I reserve the right to decline future bookings.

This policy exists to protect the safety, dignity, and well-being of everyone involved.

Liability

While every reasonable effort will be made to produce high-quality images and safeguard your photographs, The Sun Goddess Creations shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, equipment failure, acts of nature, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the photography services.

Agreement

By submitting a session inquiry and booking a photography session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
